Engage and energize membership and welcome everyone to the table to strengthen AAJ’s collective impact. With a strong, committed, and increasing membership AAJ can continue to be a formidable partner in protecting the access to justice, allowing all of us to keep getting up every morning to fight for our clients. Leverage strategic resources, technology, and best practices to drive targeted membership growth and retention.
Grow the Evergreen Fund and other revenue sources allowing us to strengthen AAJ’s fight for civil justice expanding our political spending, and lobbying efforts, and widen the scope of our advocacy.
Foster community to create opportunities for members to connect and collaborate on best practices, trial advocacy, emerging technology, and the business of law. Facilitate, expand, and strengthen connections within AAJ (members, caucuses, Board of Governors, State Delegates, Sections, Litigation Groups, etc.) and outside AAJ (state trial lawyer organizations, affiliate organization, etc.) to defend access to the court. Capitalize on networks to develop strategic partnerships to promote AAJ’s mission.
Launch awareness campaigns to educate and inform both members and the public about AAJ’s advocacy highlighting our efforts and accomplishments. Develop and cultivate a communications plan with a comprehensive storytelling strategy that highlights the critical work trial lawyers do to elevate the public understanding of the vital role of trial lawyers.
Position AAJ as the leader in trial lawyer education and professional development by embracing creativity and innovation. Prioritize forward-thinking solutions to compete in the market and implement more immersive experiences and interactive workshops.
Commit to listening to AAJ members to continuously enhance AAJ’s support for its members and to learn how AAJ can continue to serve its members.
